Heichal Menachem opened its doors on Yud Tes Kislev
5759 (December 1999), and is run by Rabbi Gedalia Oberlander
and Rabbi Issac Lefkowitz.
Heichal Menachem is a Chassidishe Library with thousands of
Sforim, including those of many different Chassidishe backgrounds.
We also carry many books with stories and autobiographies
of different Rebbes throughout the generations. The Library
is updated weekly. For those interested, we have different
periodicals as well as all back issues of the Kfar Chabad
and different weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly issues.
The Library is for reading only, and is not a lending Library.
For a small fee copies can be obtained from any of the sforim.
An assortment of tapes of farbrengens of the Rebbe and many
Mashpiim are available to be listened to, as well as purchased.
The library is open to all at no cost. No Membership dues
are collected. You are invited to visit and take full advantage
of the library as well as all of our other activities.
There is a weekly Tuesday night shiur at 9:00 PM given by
Rabbi Sholom Charitonow, a Chassidishe Mashpia, on Derech
Mitzvosecha from the Tzemach Tzedeck. On every Chassidishe
Yom Tov there is a Farbrengen by a different Chassidishe Mashpia
or lecturer.
Every year at Chanukah time there is a huge Sforim sale to
commemorate "Didon Netzach" (Hey Teves). A huge
selection from many different Chassidishe Sforim as well as
most Kehos sforim are available at great discounts!
