Shul is closed! Please read the following announcements.

Important Announcements!

Dear Member and Mispallel of K'hal Tzemach Tzedek:

In accordance with Health officials' directives - which we are commanded by the Torah to keep - minyanim and shiurim at K'hal Tzemach Tzedek have been suspended until further notice. The mikvah is also closed.

Those that have Chayenu or דבר מלכות subscriptions can pick them up at the porch on 10 Langeries Drive. Should you want to subscribe now, please call Avraham Hayman at 845-269-1787.

Please do not attempt to enter the shul premises at all.
The following directives for Shabbos were issued by Rav Lesches for all of us davening at home:

Men and bochurim, You can fulfill going to the mikvah before shabbos by standing directly under the shower for 3-4 minutes, hands to the sides and feet slightly apart. We do not do this on Shabbos morning. Those that cannot do it on Friday should learn Mishnayos of מסכת מקוואות.  The same is true for Shabbos morning, when this is the only option.

We attempt to set our own davening times to when the tzibbur davens. The times listed are the times we would usually daven in shul.

Licht Bentchen tonight is 6:51pm.
Mincha would be 7:05 (Ashrei) and Kabbolas Shabbos would be at 7:40pm.

At Kabbolas Shabbos we do not say Magen Avos, etc. after Shemonei Esrei at Maariv tonight. After ויכולו skip to Mizmor LeDovid and continue as usual.

Those who decide to take Shabbos in early should not light candles or daven Kabbolas Shabbos before 5:52 and should remember to read krias shma again after nightfall.

This being Shabbos Mevorchim, remember to say Tehillim and the Yehi Ratzon for Shabbos after every sefer. Tehiilim time at shul would be 8:30am. Latest time for Shma is 10:00am.

Shachris would be at 10:00am.

At Shachris we can be "yotzie" Krias HaTorah by being maavir the sedrah (aka שנים מקרא) and saying the haftorah as well. This week is Shabbos Chazak. Remember to read Parshas HaChodesh for maftir and to say the Haftorah for Parshas Hachodesh. Parshas Hachodesh can be found in Sefer Shmos Perek 12, Pesukim 1-20.

Say Birchas HaChodesh. The Molad will be
המולד: ביום שלישי בשעה 10 בבוקר, 14 דקות ו-11 חלקים.
Tuesday morning, 10:14 and 11 Chalokim.

Rosh Chodesh Nissan will be on Thursday, iyh, ביום החמישי.

We say only the first יקום פורקן, we skip the second one, as well as Mi SheBerach. We do not say Av HaRachamim.

After musaf remember to say ולקחת סולת, שש זכירות, and the Tehillim for the day.

This being Shabbos Mevorchim, remember to make a farbrengen with your family. This Shabbos is also 25 Adar, the Yom HoLedes of Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka a"h.

Earliest time for Mincha (Mincha Gedolah) is 1:34pm.

Mincha in shul would be at 6:55pm.

If you plan on eating late in the day, remember to either wash for bread (lechem mishnah would be required) before shkiah (7:10pm) or finish eating by then. If you wash you can continue eating until you bentsh. If not, you must wait for havdalah to eat.

Make your own seder nigunim with your family and maybe chazzer a ma'amar or part of a sicha.

Motzoei Shabbos and Maariv at 7:52pm.

We generally do not do any melacha until after maariv. Those who must should remember to say "Baruch HaMavdil" before doing any work.

Mincha for the week ahead - Parshas Vayikra - would be at 7:00pm, with Maariv at 7:45pm.

בברכת שבתא טבא
May we merit to speedily see the ultimate redemption - בניסן נגאלו ובניסן עתידין להיגאל
