Tzemach Tzedek is excited to announce that in honor of Rabbi Wichnin’s 18th yarzeit, the Children’s Shabbos program will be expanded and named the Rabbi Dovid Wichnin Children’s Shabbos Program.
Plans are in the works as to how it will be expanded.
Those who knew Rabbi Wichnin, those who have, had or will have children in the program, or anyone who would like to honor Rabbi Wichnin’s memory and join this wonderful peula are invited and encouraged to partner with us.

Farbrengen in Honor of 18th Yahrzeit of Rabbi Wichnin A"H

Rabbi Wichnin's son, Rabbi Nachman Dov Wichnin, will be making a siyum.
Rabbi Wichnin A"H was the founding Rav of K'hal Tzemach Tzedek Lubavitch of Monsey and the Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshiva Tiferes Bachurim in Morristown, New Jersey until his untimely passing in 1996. Rabbi Wichnin, an exceptional Talmid Chochom, was a beloved leader and a father figure to many and earned the respect of many of the Rabbonim and Admorim in Monsey and beyond.
Palisades Parkway Paving Project
Today, Monday July 21st 2014, the Palisades Interstate Parkway will begin the much needed resurfacing project in the New Jersey section.
This project will span several months and include overnight road work as well as closures of ramps, lookouts, and potentially sections of highway.
Prominent signage and detour notices are posted throughout the Palisades Interstate Parkway and approaching areas. They are designed to make your commute easier and safer.
