Message to Cheder Parents Regarding the Dinner

Even though you have already paid the dinner fee along with your registration, please understand that while we want to accommodate everyone, we will only be ordering dinners and setting table places for those individuals who respond.

Please respond as soon as possible and no later than this Monday, May 20, so that we can let our caterer know how many guests will attend.

There are a number of ways to respond:

Rabbi Jonathan Rietti to Speak at Cheder Dinner

The featured speaker for the upcoming Cheder Chabad dinner taking place at the new YSV hall on Monday, May 26, will be the noted educator Rabbi Jonathan Rietti.

In addition, everyone will enjoy a presentation by our own Cheder Chabad Boys Choir as well as a slide presentation featuring the Cheder and our dear children.

Rabbi Jonathan Rietti is an English-born Orthodox rabbi, educator and prominent speaker.

Rietti was born in England, the son of Italian actor and director, Robert Rietti. Rietti received his ordination from the Gateshead Talmudical College, and was then involved in establishing a growing kollel in Gibraltar. 

He served as a senior lecturer for 11 years at the Jewish Renaissance Center. Rietti possesses a Master's degree in education and has been an educational consultant since 1986, offering guidance to parents of gifted and ADD children.

7 AM Shacharis This Sunday


Due to people having to travel to Crown Heights for The Great Parade there will be an additional 7:00 AM Shacharis at Tzemach Tzedek this Sunday, Lag B'Omer, May 18.
