Tzemach Tzedek Elections to be Held on September 7

Save the date.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Congregation Tzemach Tzedek and elections for the Board of Directors (BOD) will take place Sunday evening, September 7, at 8:00 PM.  All members are invited to come to the meeting, however only members in good financial standing may vote.  You may contact our treasurer, Tzadok Leib Messing, at treasurer@tzemachtzedek.com to confirm your voting eligibility.

If you would like to run for a position on the BOD, please email the shul president, Avraham Hayman, at avrahamhayman@gmail.com by Sunday, August 31, 2014.  A member of the BOD is expected to contribute eight hours per month to the shul.

Positions on the BOD are: President, Vice President, Gabbai Rishon, Gabbi Sheini, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Corresponding Secretary, Recording Secretary and four trustees.

If you are not a member of our shul and you become a member now, we will begin your yearly membership at the AGM instead of the regular start date on Rosh Hashana.  This will allow you to attend the AGM, vote in the elections and run for a position on the BOD, besides helping to pay for the costs to financially maintain our shul.
