MBCM Dorms Legal

In response to those who are asking, the Monsey Bais Chaya Mushka dormitories have been inspected by the Rockland Department of Health and the Building Inspector of Wesley Hills and are deemed perfectly legal.

In a written letter the Building Inspector wrote  "After observing the property and conversing with Rockland County Dept. Of Health Inspector, David Basnight, who did an internal inspection, I find this residence with its occupants and use meet the requirements as defined in the Wesley Hills Zoning Code."
