Immediate opening for an experienced individual with proven ability to manage our real estate development and property management accounting department. Responsibilities will include preparing budgets, financial statements, job costing, financial reporting and compliance to lending institutions, employee benefits administration and payroll.

Candidate must be well versed in NYS Low Income Housing Tax Credit program (LIHTC) and Section 42 compliance. There is a strong emphasis placed on software skills in YARDI, QuickBooks, and Master Builder applications.
