NCFJE of Rockland, under the leadership of Rabbi Simcha Werner, will be making a public Menorah lighting ceremony this Monday, December 22, the second night of Chanukah, at 5:45 PM in the south corner of the parking lot of the International Food Mart at the corner of Route 59 and Route 45. There will be music, donuts, latkes and more.
