State Recommends Replacing TZ Bridge

State transportation officials today recommended replacing the aging Tappan Zee Bridge with a new, larger bridge, adding direct commuter train service from Rockland into Manhattan and creating a dedicated bus system along 30 miles of Interstate 287, from Suffern to Port Chester.
