This week is Perek Gimmel of Pirkei Avos since last week Pirkei Avos was not said because of Tisha B'Av.
For the past 20 or so years, Lake Suzanne has been treated as a dumping ground, often by the very people living in the neighborhoods that have sprung up around it. But in hopes of bringing permanent change, Ramapo's Highway Department has stepped up beautification work that will soon lead to a park-like shoreline to provide a site for people to gather and to serve as an example of how a blighted area can be transformed into a place of pride. Every day is amazing in Camp Emunah Bnos Yaakov Yehudah but these past few days were truly days to brag about! In the late morning on Tuesday, the 7th grade VIP division left on their two-day Shlichus Trip to Monsey, New York. As part of their shlichus trip, they prepared and ran a carnival in the Tzemach Tzedek shul for the local Gan Israel day camp. Click here for more.
